In your June 2009 post 'Enter the psoas', you advocate performing the hip flexor stretch as part of a combo exercise; standing and clenching fists and glutes immediately following the stretch. Do you still advocate combining the two? Would there be some cases where you'd recommend just the stretch, and the combo other times?
