Great Post from Jason Ferruggia
This is a great post from Jason Ferruggia. It's definitely worth your time to read. It's 53 points to consider to get the most of your training. Jason is a top Strength Coach of Renegade Gym out in NJ.
Toby, I looked into it once and watched some of the youtube videos. Seems like some good stuff. The ART forum seemed to think it was just a rip off, but the ART guys never seem to be receptive of anything outside of ART...lol.
I would like to talk to someone that has taken one. Just haven't come across anyone.
