Renegade Row

This is a renegade row. I was pretty surprised at how tough this little exercise was on my obliques. This really challenges your stability and teaches you to really brace your body. You can add a push up in between each row to make it even more challenging.

I use the renegade row as part of my full body exercise. Here's an example, but you can get creative with it, adding all sorts of exercises. What I do is an up/down with weights-in-hand, with a push up and either a one leg curl or extension, or a renegade row with a reverse fly. You could add in mountain climbers if you want some more cardio. Great video by the way too.
