Foam Rolling to Flow Rolling

Using a medicine ball allows greater degrees of movement and freedom. Try to establish a flowing type exploration of the tight areas of your fascia. Great mobility warm up.

Hi Jason, nice video on "flow rolling". I just saw your video on Good Morning exercise for low back pain. Would you recommend GMs for those with a disk bulge/herniation.
