So I've started having a new favorite post workout smoothie. Cup of frozen spinach (super food), cup of frozen blueberries (super food) raw cow milk (super food in my opinion) banana, scoop of
Pure Whey Basics protein powder(super food) and a two teaspoons of cinnamon (awesome insulin properties). Blend and enjoy. Try it post workout and let me know what you think.
