A big shout out of congratulations goes out to Ingrid Marcum, National Champion in the 75K olympic weightlifting class. Last Saturday she won her division with 91K in the snatch and 103 in the clean and jerk. Ingrid will compete in the world championships in August. I know Ingrid from bobsled as she competes for the US in the winter and goes back to weightlifting in the summer. Congratulations and good luck at Worlds in a few months!
