Active and Passive Hang and Grip

There is a 7 minute challenge that has gone out to accumulate 7 minutes of hanging per day.  Brachiation is great for shoulder health.  I time myself each morning.  Part of my measurement of how my bodies nervous system is ready to take on the tasks at hand.  Some days I get 1 minute 15 seconds, some days only 45 seconds.  Take note of head position.  Don't stick your head out in a forward carriage.
